Interesting FABO rant about FCBO...

Worst FCBO post ever.
Send that pic off to Delete Permanently Heaven and put that little red X in there.

A guy was complaining about how "hard it is to get on the forum here", when one guy replied with this:

they should ask relevant questions to the c-body crowd on average.

like:

how many wheels does a walker have?

what flavors does Ben-gay ointment come in ?

what was your first car ...hint (horse drawn carriage)

how many ounces does the small tube of Fixodent come in?

really FBBO or here is going to be more entertaining and informative.

They are just jealous. An "A"-body has such a crap ride, they would LOVE to have the ride quality of a "C"-body!

This has always been a problem and again I ask why do these guys hate C bodies? The Ford and Chevy guys respect their large brethren.

Not necessarily...I've seen more than my share of big-block GM and Ford four-doors and wagons that have been "engine donors" for fake Chevelle SS and 390 Ford Mustang GT projects.

I owned two 'A' Bodies before settling in on my Monaco. Guess I don't get the rant. If it's Mopar....it's good for me!

I am sure of that, but pulling an engine from a car for another isnt necessarily wrong. As you already know some have to die so others will live, but even you can admit that they respect an Impala / Caprice or a Galaxie more than the Mopar guys will respect a Newport...

Back in the 80's if I needed a part I went to the junkyard, would have never considered a pulling parts off of a decent runner. Problem is, no junkyards have led to this cannibalism even for us C body lovers, it's the total disrespect from fellow Mopar enthusiasts that I don't get.

Maybe part of the problem is that so many C enthusiasts do not value the cars as do the owners of the other makes full-size cars. If the value of our cars was higher, then others wouldn't be as quick to pillage. For them it is a matter of cost, and we are holding down the value of our cars for them.
