Gosh Bob, I can hardly believe a restoration of that quality and magnitude could be accomplished for such a low price!! Honestly, I would have guessed it would have cost 3 to 4 times that much at least. Maybe it is my California experience talking because a $1.2 million house out here is nothing more than a glorified shack, maybe a fairly modern 3 or 4 bedroom house with 2 1/2 baths or 3 at the most and something like 2000 - 2500 sq. ft.
That is a glorious mansion by comparison in my view, and way underpriced. But thanks for sharing that as it makes my head spin considering the disparity in prices across this country.
