The harp street lights started in 1915 (gas lights prior to that) and they are scattered and in use all over the city today.

Milwaukee Police call box before radio's. Fire Department call boxes were red. They had rotary dial phones in them. They were still in use when I was a kid. Notice the antique fire hydrant still in use.
The most beautiful artichecture I have ever seen in a theatre! I have been going there since I was a young boy. My Dad also went there since he was a young boy and my Grandfather went there since he was a young man. I believe in opened in 1926 or 1928 and boosted being one of the first buildings in Milwaukee with air conditioning.
