Radiator cap, psi lb ?

Wow ! that's a lot of info about percentages, boilingpoints, heights etc..:(

Radiatorcap (16psi) and 2 thermostats (195 ánd a 180 F ) are on their way.
But what do you guys think about the temperatures I mentioned in my first post?

I personally think that it is a bit warmer than it should be but would have to take some measurements on my own to see what the temperature actually is
 
What was ambient air temp when it was at 210 if it was 90° I would say it is fine if it is 50° you have a problem.
A 16lbs cap is 16 psi above the atmospheric pressure, so Stan might be near 30 psi on a high pressure day. Someone in Denver would be no where near 30psi with a 16lbs cap.
The atmospheric is considered a wash(or 0) because it is on both sides of the radiator when the cap is off.
