I was having the problems you describe on my desk top Saturday afternoon. I gave up on the site for the day.
I will see when I get back to shop if it has gone back to normal. Working fine on my old iPad.

It wasn't loading correctly for me yesterday evening too. It started by not loading pictures completely, and then it wouldn't load anything except text.

I was trying to post some pictures right before that and kept getting different error messages.

Seems to have cleared up now.

had the same issue. sometimes i could log in sometimes not. when i could log in i could not do anything.

Mines been fine all day now, not sure what it was but ok now!
