We use to say. The beaches open in May , but the water doesn’t open till July.

I haven't been in the ocean for well over a decade way before it got as bad as this.

Only people from New Jersey would go into that colored water.

My idea of a day at the beach... involves a Tiki Bar and either a TV with a race on or some good people watching.

An AZ beach would do the job just as well... I have no desire for the ocean.

They sold another one. 2 down & 10 to go. This is the first house they started on & the first they Finnished. It was done in late August & finally sold this week. There are more people looking at them now too. I’ve seen several adds on Facebook so I guess word is getting out.

And according to the info, it was listed for 15K more than the original listing in May.

Well looks like they have finished up a couple more houses. These 3 are directly behind me. The grass area to the left borders my property. The greenish house on the right is sold. The cable company put their line in for each house & the land scape company put down the sod. Don’t see anybody looking at these but to be fair there has been a lot of contractors in & out. Not sure of the price but these are nice houses so I’d say 350K or more. They are on Walking Trail lane in Youngsville, NC if anyone wants to check them out on the net

This is one of the bigger houses. It’s also behind me on the right side of my property. It has a deck & patio out back. Fills up the tiny lot. It’s been finished since 1st week of December & I have seen a few , very few but a few look at it. They don’t stay long. It’s listed for $384,900. This pic was taken around Christmas time. They seeded the lawn & it’s just now looking good. Not sure why they didn’t sod this one.
