He's looking for weed...

Yeah, Prop 215 is California's Medical Marijuana. I forgot all about it. Only this guy is looking to trade for the stuff which would still be illegal given the amount and it isn't through a dispensary since he has no Rx.

Hmm, I would have thought the fact that it is a 1966 Ford F-100 would be more obvious.

I guess in the alphabet of truck names we never got past D :silent:

Maybe he has a '65 Chevy laying around there too. If it were a foosball table I'd be in.

A.E. Schmidt of out STL made similar ones in the 60's .. that's what I'd like to have eventually. I'm looking at a couple grand I think

I love to play snooker on the big tables as practice for playing pool .. played a bit and watched a LOT when I was stationed in England .. my fav player was Jimmy White

I played a bit when I was a kid but nothing since until earlier this year when a 10' GC snooker table came up on Kijiji locally at a price I couldn't refuse. The only down side is knowing how badly I suck at the game. Favourite players here's one male and one female...

I agree with you on the female Fred

But the whirlwind is my favorite male player ...

an English professional snooker player. Nicknamed "The Whirlwind" because of his fluid, attacking style of play and popularly referred to as the "People's Champion", White is a multiple World Championship finalist, renowned for losing each of the six finals for which he qualified.
White's extensive list of achievements, however, also include victory in the World Amateur Championship, the UK Championship and the Masters. He is also a formerWorld Doubles champion with Alex Higgins, won the World Cup twice and Nations Cup once with England and was the 2010 World Seniors Champion. In 1992, he became the first left-handed player, and second overall, to record a maximum break at the World Championship.

Are you familiar with him?

That table is beautiful Bryan. If that was built in the '60s it was designed in the Art Deco style and I want it!

Right on Matt .. a few years ago I was looking at vintage tables and came across an AE Schmidt in that style, I believe it was called a Meteor or something similar and now I'm spoiled. It will be one of that style or nothing. Love the look!

Awesome talent. Thanks for posting the video.

Welcome Fred .. I'm watching this at the moment. He had or maybe still has a tremendous talent and played a very aggressive game. So exciting to watch compared to his nemesis of the day, Steve Davis. Total polar opposites in approach, play and tactics ... and ability. I learned a lot from watching Jimmy shoot and patterned my play after him.

I watched that tournament as it was being played not long after I got to England in 92 .. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Been a fan of the whirlwind ever since.

Damn I want to play so bad now I may ask the wife is she want's to go find a billiards hall today!
