I will be leaving Wednesday or Thursday morning, not sure yet. I will be there through Sunday mid day. Saturday, at noon would not be a good time, too much going on mid day Saturday, that is the height of the show

I will be in Carlisle Thursday afternoon untill Sunday morning. A buddy of mine is going to be selling "C" Body seat backs and arm rests etc that he reproduces in the swap meet so I'm going to kind of use there as my "Base location" That way if I buy any parts I can take them to his spot and he can haul them home for me. I will probably watch his space for him for a couple of hours so he can look around a bit.
Thanks 1966Newport, guess I just worry too much about nothin'? My swap dayz ended there 10 years ago when I had an idiot kid drop a '68 AM+FM Thumb Wheel and the father refused to buy it after the kid broke the lense face when he dropped it! That got ugly and I lost on that one! I take it out every once in a while and expect to see the lense magically like new again, but I regress. Sorry 'bout that! I should get there by 'bout 10:30 Friday and probably be hangin' close to the mister by noon fightin' for space with the little kidz if it's as hot as last year. I'm looking forward to shaking as many new hands as will be extended to me, Jer

I plan to weigh anchor sometime thursday morning....get there early that afternoon maybe. Depends on how many snack stops we make along the way.
My plan is to get there Friday morning and leaving on Sunday.
Mrs. Big John and I will be there with our 300.

I have seen guys make the drive from Alaska. I have to say, I may have to think about it real hard if I had to drive from Illinois. The Nationals and Moparfest are nine hours and I cant make those because of the drive
Yep I've always wanted to go but being in the military I was either in Texas or England during my time and Illinois is a bit of a ride but I'll get their one day probably fly in and rent a Dodge Challenger or something some day. I've been to the Mopar Nat's in Columbus and when it was in Indy. Been to the StL Monster Mopar many times too bad that got dicked up .. was less than impressive this year but still fun

I'm ashamed to say I've never made it to the Nationals.
A buddy and I went from Texas once in my younger days and Brice Road was pretty awesome .. don't know if it still is though

Yes, I have heard and seen in the mopar rags all the shenanigans that have occurred there....one of the reasons I would love to get out there.
Nope, Brice Rd. is not awesome. It's not the greatest part of town these days. Hasn't been for a while now.
