Disassembling a worn out collapsed roof mobile home since it's not mobile any longer. It has to go away piecemeal.

Big stair and railing job for the last month and a half. Here’s the before.

Started with the horizontals upstairs. All the wood is white oak and I milled it from rough lumber and did not buy one pre-made stair part with the exception of a few fasteners. It’s completely custom, prefabbed in my shop as much as the project allows including stain and clear coat and then the parts are assembled the final time on site.

Pickets are 1” square stainless steel with a brushed finish which came to me in 20’ lengths.

I'd rather be making stuff like you are, but my disassembly job isn't near as particular an effort as it just needs to be gone.

That’s kind of where it sits as of today. The pickets in the center of the staircase I’ve designed are going to start in the basement and go continuously up to the bottom of the 2nd floor top handrail and that’s what I’m working on now.
