This in progress 1967 Fury III is for my wife. It will sport a 512 cubic inch big block when complete. She named it "Fury-us".

The 1968 440 big block Dart is "Mr. Rude & Crude"

I tried finding a related thread but could not seem to find one, but maybe I didn’t look hard enough. Anyways, curious question, what did you all name your cars if you did?

Since now having owned 3 cars, I’ve named my 2 daily drivers

Buckie a 1997 Olds LSS (may it rest in peace )

Clunkie a 1996 Olds Eighty Eight Royal

Now I named the cars like this because Buckie…. Bucked and Clunkie always had a clunk in the suspension. Now even though I bought the Chrysler at 16, 4 years on I still have yet to name it, Until now.

So please tell me if yall think the name is dumb but I’m getting the vibe that she’s a “Candy”. She’s rough around the edges and not the shining star she used to be, however she still finds ways to be cruel and drain my wallet I think it’s fitting ‍♂️ if I’m wrong or if it’s dumbView attachment 703114 tell me, but this car does make me think of that kind of a woman

(Think of Lola from the Barry Manilow song Copacabana)

Back in high school it was named the Purple People Eater by my friends / classmates (1986). Could easily fit 6 or 7 and maybe 8 from time to time. To me it was the beater.
Now that it’s all fixed up I really haven’t named it. A couple of my co-workers call it the Cruiser (CRZR). My wife calls it “Your Car”. To me it’s the Dodge or Polara.

From around ‘86

The blue 68 Sport Fury here we call “the 68”, but my stepdads friend named it “the happy car” because when you look at it you easily get happy.

This turquoise ‘67 Fury II here we call “The Hotrod” because it has a 520 inch stroker 440 under the hood, and my stepdads idea was to build a “what if” Super Stock C-body….
