Wollfen's 1971 Sport Fury GT !

Don't ever let me get away with saying you airplane guys can't survive on flat rate... You sir are kicking ***. I am looking forward to seeing (at least in pictures) this one on the road again as much as I am Critter's beauty. For a car I didn't even know existed a year ago... I have become a big fan.
Lol, I have been working hard hoping everything comes together to take it to Carlisle, funny how having a goal gets things done eh?

So my pushrods arrived in the mail today, that allowed me to finish assembling the engine. I also turned it over a couple of times to check it all, it appears to be good. The only thing I can think of when it comes to the bent pushrod is that the camshaft gear bolt was loose, maybe the gear turn on the cam? Anyway I got the engine together and primered today, update very soon with paint.

Seriously, I love squirrels. I feed the family that lives in my front yard tree. Cutest lil bastards.
Im not worried about my cars. The neighbor's cat sleeps on the roof of my cars...
Good, kitty.
my neighbour has an awesome pussy too. :lol:don't tell my wife.

Yup partial overspray on the fitted fuel pump just like they did at the factory. The part that I did miss is fitting the negative earth cable first before spraying, oops

If yer really going for the correct factory procedure, the exhaust manifolds should be on the engine and painted too. But I could never get used to that. . .

Yes I contemplated it but I hate the rusted look so I am going to paint them in cast Iron grey.

Good idea ... that is a much better look than rust which is what the factory ones looked like when the paint burnt off.

Use a good high temp paint :)

Yup, using exhaust manifold paint. Good for 2000 degrees so it says.
