His starting price is similar to when the previous owner bought my existing car and paid an additional 4k plus Canadian to have it shipped/imported and safetied to St George Ontario Canada. As a good student of the forum I picked it up for ATM money when a member Dobolovar?? eyeballed it or posted it here at an A&W car show for sale in Cambridge Ont years ago. I have 17,300 miles on it now. I knew the car from the EBAY AD and When the purchaser parked beside my Black four door at moparfest the year he bought it. I figured out it was the Ebay car and had a chat with the owner. Few years later I got it for typical forum money and only an hour away. "When you can snatch the pebble from my hand, it will be time for you to leave" . Be a long long time before I could ever regurgitate the info I've learned here.

Sure can and some could build the car to match
I was curious about this. Not sure how a then 33 year old (2011) car fits into their 40 year old criteria, but they did have a "freeze frame" award for 30+ year old cars from what I can read.

Bloomington Gold doesn't say anything about it on their site and I can only find references to 2009-2011 in any other search.
This isn't putting your car down or disputing anything about its authenticity. Just curiosity about the award.
Back to the 392 mile car, I'd say that wouldn't start to qualify. IMHO, there's too many cosmetic issues that others have documented.

The white 1978 with 132 miles is the lowest mileage 1978 that I'm aware of.
