You will love it. I test drove a 2013 with DEF, but bought the 2012 instead. The 2013 was a nice truck.

I want something rustfree.

Never been washed? You ought to be ashamed of yourself. Even I have mine washed twice a year weather it needs it or not

Everything works 100% on it. It needs nothing. As you would expect of any of my vehicles.....

Clean the god damn thing. If it has never been washed, then it has never been waxed, if its never been waxed then the paint isnt too good, especially in the Florida climate.

You have to take additional steps to protect a car in rust belt areas, at least when the build quality of the recent Mustang, which I see from time to time on a hoist over here is general standard. A friend imports them and the standard is inferior and to many unacceptable compared to the price you have to pay over here and to German manufacturers' standards; so he puts a very solid unabrasive wax protection on in most cases by request of the customer.

Bought new in '05. Never been washed. Never been garaged.

That's about how mine looks.

I spent enough time in the rust belt, in NJ, to appreciate the the lack of rust in vehicles down here. I also knew to wash my vehicles regularly when I was up there to keep the rust away. The last car I bought in NJ, a '99 Durango, looked like a winter only vehicle on the bottom. Topside was nice, no visible rust anywhere, frame however looked like it went down with the Titanic. Every bolt I laid a wrench on was rusted solid, even the torsion bar adjusters. I brought it down here and flipped it quick, picked up a nice, one owner '99 Super Duty, tired of the lack of power quickly and traded that for my Dodge. Which I will drive until the body falls apart, very soon, then dump the Cummins/NV5600 into something else.

You haven't a clue how it really works here.
The little bit of grime that builds up is the protective coating until the next down pour. Then it starts again. It's a perpetual motion machine.

How about the interior ? Just rolling the windows down in the rain and popping the floor plugs out ? :)
