Hit or miss. I have stayed at the Motel Carlisle for 11 years now. Its not the best, it is expensive but I am a creature of habit
I'll have to look at my GPS and get back to you.
This is where I stayed at last year. Nice place. and I was able to get the Ny'er up to speed and cool her down on the ride over.

who said anything abt a group rate? it's pricey that weekend, like $175/night or somethnig like that
I ought to put some cots in my garage and charge $35/night! Includes wi-fi and free eggs/bac/toast and coffee
