Wow thanks everyone for the gracious hellos what a welcome! Let me answer a few questions..
Fratzog...
The story behind the CJ3a is an interesting one. My Dad was doctor did work for Kaiser Willy's plant team. Having been in a Mash Unit like all WWII guys he wanted a flat fender and exchanged his services for for a CJ3a in 1961. What he got was a 1951 owned by a long time plant worker but seldom used with 3300 miles on it. So yep since I was 3 its been apart of my life. Never restored only repainted and seat covers replaced. My father added the fender signals for safety..

Longer story on the 60 Polara wagon. I looked forever to find one..17 years. Found it in the high desert north of LA. My parents had a 60 Dodge Matador wagon and I loved the car and had the brochure which featured the crazy hardtop Polara. I sold it because frankly my life with the kids was keeping me too busy to show it. There are not more than a handful of these known in the world. Mine has exchanged owners two times and is now for sale..

Which brings us to the other car picture requests. We have boxes of old slides at our family cottage up in Michigan and on my bucket list this summer is a go through and pick out the cars pics.
The 64 Custom 880 Wagon was Beige on Beige. The dual AC was optioned by my parents because we were going to travel the west from Columbus..never did. I was always bumping my head on that crawling between the second and third seat. Nice simple exterior design one of the best plucked fin designs of the 60-64 Chrysler Dodge hardtop wagons in my opinion.
The 65 Custom 880 Sedan was White over Red. My Dad bless his soul with 5 kids also drove a wagon. He traded in his 55 New Yorker for 59 Dodge Customer Sierra and then a 61 Dodge Polara Wagon. I know he was so fired up to be out of the wagons. Cool thing on of his best friends love the car so much he bought from in 1968 and kept the car another 7 years it was kept in perfect condition.
The 67 Monaco was my other favorite wagon of my childhood Cream/Wood Grain over darker tan interior. This one had the 440 upgrade engine and the bucket seat option just a beautiful car and did not want my Mom to get rid of it but alas she turned to the dark side and got a 455 Pontiac Grand Safari that ended a 15 year string of Mopar wagons. I have seen a 68 Monaco optioned like our wagon but not a 67...but I am hunting and as always a sucker for the brochure cars make mine Deep Blue..welcome any leads!
Buckeye Brothers..Zymurgy & Stormer when in the Nati Graeters or Skyline is on me!
