I'm starting to miss the "NM" links in the cars for sale thread.
Even if I didn't care for the type of car listed it was always interesting to see where the opinions & comments would lead to.

Those ads were helpful in discovering rare options or alternative repairs, references, or fixes that no one has seen before or forgot about.

This isnt a craiglist copy site, nor a links directory, nor a "cars for sale" site. This is a site for C Body owners to TALK about their cars, how to restore them, maintaim them, improve them. There already is a site to sell the cars on, and its called craigslist. And craigslist doesnt need us to promote their site for them.

Hey assB, do you realize how much I have learned about all C-bodies, Slabs, Fusies, and Formals, because of the posting of For Sale ads.
The ads lead to a discussion of the cars and I have learned more from the discussions than I could working on them for another fifty years.
The For Sale ads are a treasure cove of trivia, minutae, and, facts & figures.
Bring them on within the guidelines that Joey has asked for.
Besides, they have also led to more than one sale of the car.

It just occurred to me that sB has never contributed anything about how to restore, maintain, and improve them.

Carsten and superB seem to be familiar with each other. Carsten supported B's antics and fueled the fire. He is not innocent in all this, while provoking he just never went quite as far

I disagree. I saw the whole thing unfold & Carsten is not to blame. He only defends sB against euro bashing for the most part. I agree with Carsten on that point too & he has been gracious enough to remain quiet in spite of some members insistence on euro bashing.
