I'll start the official Carlisle thread

Thanks! I guess I'll just look for the C body crowd, should be easy to spot among all of those tiny A and E bodies...:3gears:

We have our own official 65-78 C-Body assigned area .....it was full last year.

I'll be there on Wednesday and stay till Sunday, not sure where yet, maybe Marks backyard...

Ellie and I are planning on being there with jazebelle ..... Wed thru Sun probably.
Hoping to buy a popup to tow behind jazebelle and setup on my vendor spaces in the fairgrounds ..... Driving in and out everyday is a PITA.

I think I will regester Jazebelle with the C body group so I can park her with the gang this time.
Matt ..... If you need a place to pitch a tent your welcome to join us on our spaces.

Its one of those express things.... and supposed to be already full for that weekend

Site still shows that rooms are available. My plans are to be there Wed - Sat and maybe part of Sunday. Thursday is a good day to browse the swap area. I have never stayed at the same place twice as the prices keep going up. I was going to stay at a Howard Johnson that I used back in 07 but it had a lot of bad reviews. It was a nice place back in 07.

Kind of ironic. I think decorating for Christmas before December is way too soon but I see nothing wrong with starting the Carlisle thread seven months early!

ARGH ARGH ARGH, I knew it. Thankz Dave. My idea of campin' out iz havin' all the amenitiez under one roof without any flying insectz. YOU'D THINK THAT WOULDN'T BE TOO MUCH TO HOPE FOR IN TODAYZ WORLD WOULDJAH? SCHEW!

Swap spot F-9 has it all bar, dinner, roof, bed, no pool can't have everything I guess. No driving in and out for me and once the beer really gets flowing no driving at all.

YEP.......that's cool cruising the Turnpike and seeing all the other Mopar's heading to Carlisle. It's also cool to see the mass of Mopar's on all of the 4-6 lanes of the exit ramp trying to get through the toll booth at Carlisle. Great time to roll the windows down and hear the Mopar thunder.....
10-4 on that! That's probably the greatest thrill....I sat behind a 71' Cuda heading into the gate my first day there. Then the final touch was sitting behind Dave's dad leaving out of the fair grounds and then making that left at the BP gas station headed out of town....IIRC some stupid air head chick cut off Dave's dad as he was negotiating the left turn there.....we heard his commentary all the way in my car, lol. Good Times.

Excellent!!! I dont recall that. Remember, dad was a truck driver, the next best vocabulary to a drunken sailor

You could also stay @ the Rodeway Inn on the Carlisle Pike..........cheap, all the drugs you could ever want and female companionship right outside your door in the hallway.

And no, not kidding, it is actually that bad!

Ha! He didn't tell you eh? The bimbo pulled out right in front of us (him).....Either she was extremely stupid or blind.

I wish I had got pics of you all flying by as we pulled into the fuel station to gas up for the ride home. That would have been cool.
