Few pictures from the ride home! Car had been sitting so long I took a couple of the cob webs that were on it. So excited! Only hooked a jump box up to it and all the lights work and it turns over solid. I'll dive into getting it running soon! But for now it looks pretty good as a driveway ornament!

I was about 8-9 years old when I first saw my car. The neighbor came down to introduce themselves. My dad had his '68 Monaco at that time and I remember the grille in the neighbors 300 really looked cool and... it was a 2dr.
When I was 13 he got pulled out of state for the summer and I fed and watered his cattle while he was gone. That fall when he returned he gave me the 300, however it had been sitting for about a year or so because of a bad transmission, due to a cracked coolant line that was injured by the sway bar. It fired right up though and when it was cold it would move on it's own. So I now had a car before I was of legal age to drive...
That was over 30 years ago, but I still have it and it still runs nice, however the quarter panels and outer wheel houses are not so good.
