On my 68 300 convertible the wipers and washer don't work. I have the optional 3 speed wiper. I'm wondering what's the most common or probable issue here. I'm not a fan of electronics and wiring and im hoping I can do it quick cause I have to get a out of province inspection done before I can register the car and put it in storage for the winter. I'm in Canada it snowed twice now in the last week.

Suggest you start by checking the fuse to the wiper motor to see if it is blown. Check the connectors on each end of the fuse as they often get corroded and do not make good contact. If you are satisfied that the fuse is ok, unplug the wiper motor, turn on the ignition and the wiper switch, use a test light to see if your getting power to the wiper motor. If you have power to the wiper motor, most likely the motor is bad. If there is no power to the motor the switch is most likely bad. You should do the same tests on the washer motor, it is located close to and slightly below the washer tank.
