What's it look like with the roll up door and regular down from the outside? Anniversary photo's are hard to tell
btw I measured the ceiling and it's only about 9'6" so lift is probably not in my future

Those are wooden "scuff guards" I added because the door is barely wider than the car.Nice and thanks but what are these box shapes on the roll up? Access points for the roll up gears or something?
Sorry for so many questions today Stan but I didn't notice them before as I was looking at the car and your garage, car, lift etc .. appreciate your patience.
Also nice work on the edit's of my post earlier when you answered my questions .. what did you use? Photoshop or paint or something else?
I will bet that it can be reframed to make it into a cathedral ceiling. Piece of cake. Take a pic.btw I measured the ceiling and it's only about 9'6" so lift is probably not in my futurein this house anyway

Concrete stucco and steel don't like each other.
Sure it can, a square, some gussets, and some 2x6's and we're ready for a lift
Wow, Stan, that's really nice.
Amazing.Nope, I don't need one. Jack stands work fine for me.

No one needs a lift but it makes things a ton easier, especially to an old roofer. You're over 40 strongly consider it once you have a place to put ita four post lift may be your answer then, unlike Stans two post that needs to be bolted down and secure many four posts dont require it, though I would do it if it were mine.
