While I was standing by the rental trying to get an address off of my phone for the place... a guy pulled in, he wasn't the owner... but assured me there was a stack of phone numbers from those who tried to buy them before, and that they were not for sale. At least I had permission to take better pictures than I started off with.

It's beyond me why someone would rather let those cars disintegrate rather than sell the parts or cars to save another. There's no way in hell the owner will ever do anything with them if they've been sitting long enough to have a stack of numbers from interested parties.

Any of your findings up for grabs? Or all personal stash? I did see a few things I'm interested in.. despite our earlier conversation. Lol :BangHead:

Remove it intact (ha ha) and have it scanned for a 3D printer. I can't think of a more appropriate use of these printers.
Update... the cam fell off the arm... free to anyone willing to attempt to use it as a pattern.

BTW... I was interrupted earlier. Adding some notes to the parts pics... some are available.

Edit: to big a PITA to go through the adding notes thing. Suffice it to say, if the part is specific to my Imperials... I likely want to keep it. If it really doesn't or is an item I'm not worried about having a spare for, I likely will let it go.

Absolutely... I will hoard the stuff I want, but there was lots of opportunistic finds that I would be happy to part with. I have no need to try to cover all of my expenses with this... I did it for fun.

For you or anyone else with a request... just tell me what you might want here in the thread... we can work out $$ later. I am half way packed with this and plan to arrange my shipping Tuesday, if possible. It doesn't make much sense to ship it twice.

Sheezus Jeff, that's a lot of parts! You should have rented a spot at Carlisle and give Murray a run for his money!
Nice job!
How you gonna shop that back home?

At first glance, I see! Remote mirrors, rear floor mat if black, fender wheel arch moldings and door panel curtesy lights. Dibs if up for grabs.

The 67 fastop pic tripped a reminder for a couple of parts I need for my 68 Polara if you are still out hunting.
I am in need of a pair of front bench seat hinge covers p/n's. 4440-1DX Plastic. Any color will work. These fit bench seats in 68 D-L (base Polara all body types) P-K,E,L. ( Fury 1,2, & Police all body types) and C-E (base Newport 2dr).
Also used in 67 D-L 2 dr and convertible base Polara bench, and P-L 2 door sedan Fury II
Thanks, Marty

I thought of you when I picked up that mat... it's in great shape and pliable... translucent black... It's yours if I get to see the almost matching front you picked up. You really cut me to the bone with the other items... but I will see what I can unpack and bring with me... I'm not going to leave your car looking bad just to hoard some spares. The mirrors are staying, sorry... but once I have figured things out in FL, I have been collecting bits and pieces for rebuilds... so there is hope I will have something for you I can mail.

BTW, only one door panel, I have the light removed and packed... but easy to find. For his purposes, the young man selling the stuff didn't want to part with the driver's seat or the door panel... depending on where he ran, he had use of those.

I'm going to talk to fastenal today, if I can... My pick up in Orlando will be easy, just need to iron out a drop off point.

Thanks Jeff, i'm certainly not trying to relieve you of your treasures. Just thought I'd throw it out there that if some were up for grabs, I would be willing participant. No need to go through the headache unpacking everything just for me. I really do appreciate your efforts.

Hi Jeff,

If you need to build a pallet for Fastenal, let me know, I've got plenty of scrap wood and scrap thin plywood, we could throw something together if necessary.
