So sorry about that. Hell I have been divorced twice and I kept my tools. Even though one they no longer wanted.I lost a garage full of tools in my divorce, so I've been adding as I go
I take it , you have dual exhaust? If you do you should be able to move the manifold off the head with a pry bar. If you have the stock manifolds, and not the HP ones you may have to lift the engine on the passenger side a little so the manifold will clear the upper control arm mount. (Yes I have done this before). So this morning I went to take off the heads and the lower head bolts are at an angle. So no problem I'll just remove the exhaust manifolds... So the owner before had new exhaust put on and the exhaust flange that runs to the manifold flange is over sized. The bolts just sit in there, so I think he (exhaust shop) had them welded into the exhaust manifolds;( So I'm hoping if I put together a 11/16 short socket with a swivel and then an adaptor I'll be able to get to it. Fingers crossed, now it's a Sunday project lol again.
OK. Sorry you have to go to work, (the nastiest four letter word in the English Language). Keep us posted on your progress.Stock manifolds, got them off and away, but maybe the socket I have is to long and not allowing me to get the angle unless I pull the manifolds out. Have to go to work now but I'll try a smaller socket and a swivel
These photos are the passenger side head and gaskets .
